I am not envious of the Russians and I stated before that I admired their hardiness and toughness. But I also am not going to sit here and fool myself into believing that Lend-Lease did nothing to help the Soviets win the war. Lend-Lease also supplied factory parts and tooling equipment that was used to help make the T-34s. Some drop in the ocean. I'll take the lifestyle in the good ol' US of A over Stalin's kill-your-own crucible. He killed more than the Germans. Is this to be touted as a feat as well?
