Durbin is laughable. At least his staff convinced him it was bad to liken our military to despots.

He refers to unnamed military leaders that have informed him of mistakes but when confronted with named military leaders and their assessments of the war by Wallace, all he can say he's not certain they're telling the truth. He is pathetic.

Remember the guy who I believe was on the Smothers Brothers show? I think his name was Dave Martin, he used to wear a football helmet and run headfirst into walls. Durbin reminds me of him, the voice and the way he talks.

No, it was Richie Daley, the mayor of Chicago. Richie's boy is in the army.
In case, you don't know, Turban boy was really pleased with the response his comments attacking the military got. Until he got a call from the Mayor. Then he was back out before the cameras blubbering an apology. Sweating bricks.
I'd pay good money for a tape of that telephone call.
Just for the record I hate Richie too. But he didn't let that c---weasel get away with slamming the military.
