Now that's an entirely different tune than you were singing at first. Now you're all agree to disagree, but your initial post in this thread was:

"Also" presumably meant "as in the present case," where the farming method was prohibited by law. IOW you were making it your problem, i.e. a public problem to be addressed by the coercive force of law.
