NEWARK, N.J. - A judge has agreed to allow New Jersey's worst serial killer to donate a kidney, but the donor and his doctors have to meet conditions.

Superior Court Judge Paul W. Armstrong did not say when Charles Cullen might undergo the operation to remove one of his kidneys to be transplanted into the relative of a friend.

I wouldn't want any death row inmate or serial killers' organs. Who knows what drugs they've been injecting or what pathological diseases they have?

LOL. A garbage disposal is too kind though. I say give it to the guy in that Indiana Jones "Temple of Doom" movie, where he sticks his hand into a victim's chest and the heart is still beating.
