Their "superiors" don't have the authority to authorize them to loot, only the manager of the store or a person from Walmart corporate has the authority to allow that. It's not theirs to give away.

What is to be expected when those investigating the crimes are just as big in the criminal world as the ones being investigated. This is a literal application of the "let he who is without guilt cast the first stone". As those who were doing the investigating were just as guilty, they didn't feel it was right to "convict" those CAUGHT ON TAPE OBVIOUSLY AND WITH AN ATTITUDE LOOTING the WalMart.

From now on, anyone in the NO area who wants to walk out of WalMart with a basket full of merchandise without paying should legally be entitled to it.
