If we allowed Israel to test one or more of their nuclear devices underground in our Nevada test sites is there anyone here with TS clearance and requisite SCI who would tell us?

I can hear the discussion now between Israel and the US:

Israel: We are ready to test a nuclear device out in our desert.

USA: But a test in the open could cause a worldwide situation. Maybe a preemptive strike against Israel.

Israel: Maybe we could test somewhere else where the world would not know?

USA: OK bring it over.
