LOL, maybe they should hold classes in MacDonald's! Don't laugh, add computer games and it would a natural. Grief, it wouldn't get any better than that.
My girlfriend and I used to leave highschool at lunch and eat a 'burger' or a bag of chips and a coke and I had a 22inch waistline.
Something else is going on with the kids, laziness??

Everybody metabolizes differently. Some people can eat anything they want and get away with it, while others, struggle with each bite. Some just pass a burger stand and get a smell, and put weight on. However, as we get older, moderation and exercise of any kind will do wonders. For sure, among other things, out of control sugar eating will eventually do a number on the best of us, and do you in.
Yes, I know that's right. My Mother in law is the biggest 'sweets' eater and doesn't gain weight.
Now, the fat kids can opt out and do a "packet" (written work) instead of getting out of the bleachers and moving around. Also, P. E. (never call it "gym") has become an academic discipline, with books to read and lessons to hand in.
So...are the obese people happy and healthy at home, or did they die of weight-related conditions? BTW, I love the smileys!
LOL, sorry but I'm laughing about where the fat people disappeared to...
I know they haven't called it P.E. in years, the libs got ahold of it and named it something else.
I'm not an expert, but from what I was told and understand, in general, over weight people live shorter lives compared to thinner people. Now whether over weight are happier or at some point in time feel healthier, I don't know. I'll personally go the moderate route. Eat healthy and wise with light exercise.
LOL, that smiley has the easiest 'situp' I've ever seen!!
ok, we didn't do that presidential fitness thing, that i can remember im 31 is that something new? although in gym class we were tested in that kind of stuff, pullups and everything
You go Gabz!
BUMP!
Read the ingredients on the packages of insta foods.
You getting a burger when you were young is a lot different now. That was beef.
Now, an insta burger (or anyting else) is full of chemical ingredients. Your body doesn't process that junk and turns it to fat.

Here is a history of the President's Council On Physical Fitness and Sports.
I was teaching it during the time of Ronald Reagan 1981 - 89;
"The 1985 National School Population Fitness Survey spurs the development of the National Physical Fitness Award."
Looks like something else good that the libs managed to eliminate from the school programs!
