There has also been speculation that President Bush knows approximately (or exactly) where Saddam's WMD's were hidden (and by whom - Russia, most likely). He's keeping quiet to prevent insurgents, al Qaeda, and other unsavory types from getting their hands on them.
Russia may have helped truck them out - but I do not believe they would take them to Russia - I'm betting on "Through Damascus to the Becca (sp?) Valley in Lebanon - Anyone doubt Syria and Lebanon wouldn't help?
