U.S. federal officials have confirmed they are investigating an incident where three men were seen studying and taking pictures of Chicago's Sears Tower.

Well of course they are. The warning on overdone hotdogs at basketball games didn't pan out to keep the average citizen concerned and willing to turn over even more control to the national government. So now we have yet another 'warning'. Anyone seen the coloring book threat chart of late?

Perhaps we should make it against the law to take pictures of buildings.

Nice theory, but it doesn't explain the rental of the car using false ID.
