I understand what you're saying. And it's the same here - but I stay away from that part of town. Of course, the crime filters over to our side as well, but it's not downright dangerous - yet. Have you thought about moving?

And I don't think the part about having an english-speaking minority in any U.S. town is minor - our American culture is gone, replaced with a 3rd world culture. It is effecting the educational quality of my son's schools and the job choices for this proud mono-lingual.

yes we are leaving Calif. next year....Hawaii. They are liberal there but I guess the illegals can't swim that far. ;)
