Too fracking bad. Iceland has always treated all servicemen -- except for white officers -- as social untouchables. They remind me of the topside folks in the SG-1 Episode "What Lies Below," where the swells live in a wonderful deluxe city and the rest are enslaved in subterranean mines. As O'Neill says, "You can do your own shoveling for a while."
I've heard that USN ships visiting there have gotten a somwhat uneven reception....just heresay, though.
