That's no joke. We get most of our imported oil from Canada - 1.768 million barrels a day. Our second biggest oil supplier is Mexico with 1.701 million barrels a day. We get much more oil from Canada & Mexico than we do from the Arab countries.
I'd be willing to bet most Americans are not aware of this.

They need our dollars far more than we need their oil.
