While it's always possible that Zarqawi is in this area I doubt this scale of operation is intended to locate just one man or group of men. More likely, it may be intended to co-op the AQ insurgents prior to the upcoming religious event. I heard on Fox News that the forces returned to Iraq from Kuwait were intended to free the 101'st; most likely for this operation. That means it's been in the works for awhile.
While I'm sure we'll be very interested in what intelligence we gather during this operation regarding Zarqawi, I don't see this being just about him.
