Second, Iran CAN'T talk to the US directly, we have no relations..
It would have to be through a 3rd party..
I'm not sure they can trust a 3rd party to represent their interests, or ours honestly..

I think they really hate the US too much to talk to us anyway..
They would only do that under extreme duress..
They are saying they want to talk to us directly. That's what I heard on F&F this morning.
It did seem odd when I read the news story that Iran was ready to talk about Iraq. Maybe they knew something was up? Maybe that something was this?
Just saw on Capital News on C-SPAN, which comes from AP or other wire services, that this is the biggest operation since the 03 invasion.
