Oh, let's face it. Nothing that GWB does will get him good press. It will always be negative. I can see the headlines
"Iraq is free, the terrorists have all been killed. The government is working. But look how many innocent people GWB killed. Over 2800 troops died unnecessarily because of GWB. Bush lied, people died" (this is all hypothetical, mind you).
God could come down from the heavens and proclaim GWB the greatest leader of the free world and the MSM would spin it somehow and say that GWB was doing secret deals with the Jews and he must be impeached.
The Bush administration has done what they have realizing the L/MSM controls the American majority. All he can do is strongly make statements as things unfold that back his statements. America as Europe is stuck on stupid. Has been for a long time. That is just the way things played out.
It was no trouble.
But I'll try to remember in the future to not post to you.

Good idea. The president needs our prayers and encouragement right now. When he gets in front of the people, the people like him. For a man who supposedly has trouble getting his thoughts across, when giving press conferences or just talking from the hip, he always comes across beautifully.
I think many of us use Airborne and Paratroop interchangeably. I thought they all had to be able to jump in. I have been schooled better today.

Others have said so but I just can't buy it. An operation of this size takes time to organize and get going. If it's a hunt for someone, say Zarqawi, then it'd be a much smaller, quickly organized insertion based on very new intelligence.
I really don't see this as much more than taking it to AQ at a time when Shias are going to stage a religious holiday (or some such operation).
