Better than that----he'll sue for discrimination b/c the father got in his way and made him kill the little girl. I can see an award of about $5 million.
You can rest assured that once a lawyer gets to Senor Colon, the entire blame will be on the father of the killed little girl. In fact if you read all the posts on this thread, someone here has already blamed the father for failing to absolutely secure the seat in the proscribed manner. Welcome to America, circa 2006
