I'm simply pointing out that there is a standard of proof that has not been met. Does it allow for a presumption? Sure. "Illegal alien no doubt" [emphasis added] is simply silly.

And let us not forget, the illegal immigrant promoters have said that if drivers documents are not issued by the state, then the illegals will have no choice but to buy forged ones. I have heard this many times on talk radio programs.
