I don't know, but can you image a Dixie Chick, George Clooney, or Barabra Striesand saying they wouldn't visit a Dem fund raiser because it could possibly look bad in the eyes of Red Staters who might contribute to their charity?

Well, wait a second, if you think it would be OK for her to go to a GOP Fundraiser and not influence how people perceive her charity, then for you to be honest you would have to give her the same same standard of treatment if she was a dim.
