Whoa. It's Raistlin. When I first got on the internet, I happened to be reading one of the Dragonlance books, and I wanted to be Raistlin at a forum I was joining. It was taken, so I just came up with the name Rastus. I later found out it has some racial connotations that I was unaware of. Apparently, Rastus is the name of the Cream of Wheat guy, and I guess the name has been used in a negative way, like calling someone an Uncle Tom or something. I don't know, but that wasn't my intention. I no longer go by Rastus on other sites, but I'm kind of locked in with it here.

Don't fret. My Granddaddy's name was Joseph Erastus Jinx, and he's as white as the day is long. Erastus comes from the Bible. Folks who take it the wrong way have a serious personal problem.
