They took out one target which wasn't 2000 km away.

Assuming they could muster enough aircraft to actually strike multiple targets at that distance, how likely are they to get back?

Please be specfic on which countries you think will allow overflights to the returning IAF.

I believe Israel will overfly whatever nations are necessary without anyone's permission. There are three possibilities:

Israel->Jordan->Iraq->Iran
Israel->Syria->Iraq->Iran
Israel->Saudi Arabia->Iran

Option #3 would only be used if Israel believed the U.S. would fire on Israeli aircraft overflying Iraq.
