Anyone that stupid would be taken in by Monopoly Money. This dumb-ass should have plead not guilty and claimed it was play money like those $3.00 bills with Clinton’s picture that went around.

Anyone dumb enough to take a billion dollar note doesn't have any assets to begin with so I don't see how one could swindle with this.
