Has Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D.-Nev.) had enough talk of censure? After today’s stakeout with the Capitol Hill press corps you bet he has. The fearless Democrat leader was badgered by reporters about Sen. Russ Feingold’s (D.-Wis.) resolution to censure President Bush for his terrorist surveillance program. One question after another had to do with the censure resolution—something Reid clearly did not want to talk about.
Finally, when the questions became so blunt and direct, Reid cut off reporters and scurried to safety. But immortalized in the history books will be how foolish he and his Democratic cohorts look after Feingold’s political ploy.

If the Dems take back the House they'll be talking Impeachment, not just Censure.
EXCELLENT QUESTION!!!, but a bit limited. When are they going to prosecute John McCain and Russ Feingold for violating their oaths to uphold the Constitution?
For that matter, when are we, the citizens, going to march on Washington and demand that CFR be scrapped along with the two senators that created it.

The abolition of our first amendment free speech rights is grounds for impeachment. Feingold, McCain, Bush. Why did Bush sign that frigging thing if he thought it was un-constitutional? Anyone, anyone?
Feingold: "But...but... but, I thought you guys were serious about impeaching the president! What?!?!? You didn't mean it?!?!?!? It was just a political ploy? And, you allowed me to make a fool out of myself? Even if it's just a censure, you could've stopped me! You know, Reid, and Pelosi and Dean, you guys, do you know that you all just killed my chances for becoming president in '08? This is so embarrassing that I could kill all of you!!!"

Who exactly is going to convict them when President Bush signed it and the Supreme Court validated it?

McCAIN FEINGOLD IS THE SECOND ABSOLUTE AND OVERT ASSAULT ON THE BILL OF RIGHTS THAT HAS GOTTEN PASSED INTO LAW. THE VARIOUS AND SUNDRY ILLEGAL GUN LAWS WERE THE FIRST. IF WE ARE GOING TO SIT AROUND AND WATCH NASCAR WHILE CFR CONTINUES TO BE THE LAW OF THE LAND THEN WE ARE A BUNCH OF PU**IES AND WE DON'T DESERVE THE FREEDOM WE USED TO HAVE.
