I love a happy ending. Now, it will be interesting to see what the media/Brady Bunch does about her Bailbondsman husband opening fire on a perp who was no longer a threat to him or his family.

Personally, I hope they ignore it. Precedent is always nice. :-)

Couldn't it be argued, however, that the perp still represented a threat to the community? 

  1. He had just stolen a vehicle
  2. He had (momentarily) kidnapped a child
  3. He was fleeing justice at a (presumably) high rate of speed which caused him to be a threat to others.

Personally, I hope they ignore it. Precedent is always nice. :-)
