but I do believe that species evolved from other species

Yes, "belief" is the word. No intelligent person, one not convinced one way or the other, would be convinced by examination of the evidence only.

No, "branches" are not well documented. Otherwise there would be no controversy, especially among scientists, and there is plenty.

Those who make evolution their life's work have a vested interest that evolution (trans-species) be true.

Same ridiculous arguments, different time and poster. The bottom line is that you, and others like you, simply don't understand evolution or the basics of science, research, theory and the like and you use your ignorance as a lever against established theory and fact.

That’s no way to win an argument or converts to your beliefs.

Speaking of beliefs, the "belief" I spoke of was not the same as the "faith" you have. My belief represents my current conclusion based on all available evidence and analysis and, as such, it is fairly sound. I won't go as far as to say that it is set in stone, however, because I recognize that new evidence may present itself to upend my beliefs.

Yours, however, could never be changed by any amount of evidence. They are based on faith which apparently requires ignorance to operate, although I can't imagine why.

I'm not going to post a dissertation to prove that many branches are fairly well documented and supported by fossil evidence while others have sparse to non-existent fossil records and can't be as easily reconstructed. You wouldn't understand (or would refuse to) and you'd use it as an example of a "controversy" that doesn't actually exist.

The controversy canard, along with the rest of your claims, have been debunked numerous times and don't bear repeating here since they are adequately covered within this thread and others like it.

Good luck with your brand of truth. You obviously do live in a world where apples are blue. . .
