I called both Feingold and Kohl to talk about what an abomination this censure resolution is. I stressed how embarrassing it is. Here we have a senator declaring the President a criminal on the floor of the Senate. A serious accusation with no definitive proof. In the military, that would get you court-martialed (accusing a high ranking officer with no proof)
