Thanks for posting this robowombat. I was reading it last night actually as well as the 3 part article about Milosevic that Jan Öberg wrote (http://www.transnational.org/forum/meet/2006/Oberg_Slobo_1.html ).
Interesting points made by a man who has had many years of personal experience in the Balkans and has dealt with many of the people involved.
