Maybe in the near future the name of Jesus Christ will be spoken freely in the public places of UAE without punishment.
I think the law says you cannot promote a particular church. You can distribute the literature but you cannot tell people to come to your church to find out more. Kind of a Catch-22. Like having a product without a service department.
