I cannot do the second: I sleep up to my neck in bird guano.

It may sound gross, but it keeps my skin lustrous and vital! Maybe so, but I imagine it also cuts down on your contact with the opposite sex. "How's my skin look honey? I have been soaking in bird poop all night long!"
