They reacted out of FEAR!
It's that simple.
Led by lies and hysteria. Hugh Hewiit, one of the most ardent of Bush loyalists, opposes the port deal. In his stint at the Reagan White House he worked with counter intelligence. It's his opinion the deal creates intelligence opportunities that could be very harmful to our security.

They're not "imports" of course, but why let correct use of terminology get in the way of an argument eh?! The point was to have incorrect terminology be the source of an argument.
Now you've gone and blown my cover.

AH! You would be so much fun on the thread!

stop it..I opposed the deal...and it wasn't out of racism, I didn't hear Chuckie's interview which apparently caused me to break into a projectile sweat as I, as usual, swallowed his swill, neither did I react out of fear..as far as the lies and hysteria...spare me the hyperbole.

Paranoia does no one any good, and this killing of the DPW deal had everything to do with paranoia. In my opinion, we shamed ourselves in front of our enemies and left our beleaguered President to repair the damage.

No, it doesn't. You lost.I lost? Did you think this was a GAME?
Perhaps you'd be better off spending more time answering Rokke's question, than trying to make me feel WRONG.
Apparently you're not quite as "right" as you pretend to be.

About what?
You do understand that we were simply making statements concerning a cross reference to another thread ~ not even anything on topic.

I agree. The wording of the poll is very confusing.

How about just calling them poorly informed?
I was informed up to my teeth. And I came to a decision and that decision was that the safety concerns and desire not to let a potential fox into the chickencoop trumped any dollar uber alles inclination I might have had.
To: Howlin
Because I said it does....what, you wanna make something of it? Scrolling by post because it calls a dirtbag exactly what it is. One could bury head in deep in sand, but that doesn't make the problem go away, now does it?

I appreciate Hugh's opinion, but I more appreciate President Bush's and several others.
Maybe I should clarify --- the vast majority of Americans have been led by fear.
