I'm not sure they are. The UAW has gotten its butt kicked so many times trying to organize Toyota, Nissan and Honda plants in this country, they may actually start seeing the writing on the wall.
The company will probably hire a bunch of illegal Mexicans and pay them pennies on the dollar like everybody else.
