I voted for Fleece because the groups I pay the most attention to endorced him. I didn't really know either one however. Is there any difference where the two stand on issues? I can't abide by an intentionally misleading attack but I also don't want to vote for someone who doesn't stand with me on the main issues.

Also, where was this attack? In flyers? On tv? (You can tell I tune out the local media quite a bit). I'd really like to know more about this race since it is my state rep.

If you are a real conservative, I can assure you that Don and you will be in agreement on every issue--right down the line.

I can also tell you that Don has aired some of the best political ads I have ever heard on the radio. Some of them cracked me up--but all of them made great sense!

You can click on the Free Market Voter's Guide to see Don's views on the issues. Fleece "chose not to respond to questionnaire".

It is my feeling that some of the local groups didn't endorse Don because they somehow blamed him for Jack Stick's loss due to the liberatarian vote, even though Don didn't even know the liberatarian candidate that ran in that race and that candidate didn't even spend any money in the race. It was a pure protest vote by some of the voters affected by Stick's vote that hurt their MUD(and probably some other issues). I know of one club that had a fallout on their board during that race because one of the board members didn't buy into the Jack Stick worship mentality that the other members were pushing.

Oh, the attack ad was a flyer sent out to traditionally Republican voters in that district. I'm surprised you didn't get one.
