I have a friend who was from Penn.and had to deal with local politics. He said Penn. politics is even worse than Florida and parallels N.Y. or Calif.

You only have to try to drive on Route 81 in Pa to know the State is corrupt, especially it's DOT. Everyone in the State knows it, and even a really poor State like WVa has better roads with less money. Somehow all the Money that Pa allots to Infrastructure never improves the roads, and I do not think I ever traveled those roads without having to go through hundreds of miles of bad road and detours. They put up a front of rebuilding,but nothing ever gets improved. Imagine that...
