I make it a practice to never get involved in the discussion of abortion, especially with men. You heard what you wanted hear.

Allen spoke clearly and plainly while Russert peppered him with questions.

He's for state's rights.
He explained his state's version and stands by it.

He voted YES to the federal funding of Abortions.
