Excellent. He really ticked off a couple of Thread regulars last time. Hope he is getting better at managing the spin. Newt and Haley Barbour were formidable at it. What ever else you think of them, they knew how to manage the Junk Journalists. I remember one time some moron Talking Head, Larry King I think, was ranting at Haley about how big a mistake it was for "you Republicans" to have opposed the Civil Rights act. Haley just look at him and said "Me???, I was in Junior High". It was just a complete knock out.

LOL! Yeah, Haley is the best, IMO. He's kept all his campaign promises.

On top of that it was a lie! The Republicans have always been the ones supporting the Civil Rights legislation, with Democrats, such as KKK Byrd and Al Gore Senior leading the filibuster's against it.  Vice President Richard Nixon had to cast a tie breaking vote to break the Democrat's filibuster against the 1957 Civil Rights act. The overwhelming majority of Republicans in both the House and Senate voted for the 1964 Civil Rights act, a large percentage of Democrats voted against.

George Orwell would be proud of old Larry.
