I try to see that portion of the program before commenting on what was said, so it took until after ten mountain time to put it into words. But, I sometimes do wait until later on to post.
I agree with you on Republicans having a plan. That's been lacking with some on our side here in Denver and we're working to make sure candidates realize the need to have plans and positions we can promote. And, you're right. No plan does not beat no plan. We have to be able to say here's what we propose and why, and then ask what the other side proposes? Me Too is not a viable candidate position.
Nor can Republican candidates simply say "I'm a Reagan Republican" or "I'm a Bush Republican." More than ever before our side is saying "this is what 'I' believe in and would do."
Unfortunately, George Allen used the "I'm a Jeffersonian..." twice in the same interview to describe himself...instead of stating HIS views...
We need to tell him to STOP THAT!
