So who on the GOP side in 08, as far as you know, would never ask or even be desirous of having Israel do that?
Frankly, I don't trust any of the lot of them. Except for Eisenhower and Reagan the national leaders have been and continue to be a scurvy band since 1947.

It also seems religions avoid eachother like the plague.
Then again, so do any other shared interest groups, and im not happy about it. Mixing gives you fresh perspective, like how everyone else is not evil and does not deserve to die.

If you live in Tower Hamlets, say, you could feel like you were living in a Muslim country -- but it's very localised. And as another poster here has pointed out, there is a small minority of non-Muslim Arabs as well.

Also should be pointed out in this context that not all Muslims are Arabs. A large proportion of the people defined as Muslim in that survey would be non-Arab.

You're best just to ignore StAnDeliver, he's my personal FR stalker since I offended his moral sensibilities a while back. I think he's losing his drive a bit though, he seemed to be putting some enthusiasm into it at first, now he just randomly pops up every few weeks to reply to one of my posts with a hackneyed quip about British dentistry.
