The complex can't be that secret if its being reported about in the news.

I don't quite understand how we know so much about them, and if this is accurate, why we are just standing by waiting for them to build up their forces even more. I know our current policy, as announced by Secy Rice, is that we hope to destabilize their regime by encouraging dissidents within the country. It seems to me that (even if these dissidents exist in numbers great enough to make a difference) this would take awhile, and it hardly seems that Iran is going to sit around and wait for it.

If the word is out that a secret complex is being built then someone knows where it is. If someone knows where it is, so does Israel and probably the US too.
