Whether or not we believe the "port deal" was "bad?"
Or are we being asked to decide whether the fact that the "port deal" was withdrawn is "bad for America?"
It would help if the people who designed the poll didn't intentionally-or inadvertently, as the case may be-mangle the question.
Perhaps a less incomprehensible poll question would have yielded more decisive results, no?
