My definition of Dada is irrational art from WWI. Maybe you have a different definition. This work of Churchill is just another way to "decontexturalize" (to dethrone and mock) a great hero.

the purpose of dadaism was to evoke emotion - mainly anger. The tragedy of it is that it works.
