Right. No touching the children in a life-threatening situation...but one on one "sex ed",well, that's a different story!! How very sad.

There are school rules against hugging. We were instructed about the Heimlich maneuver in 8th grade health class, but not how to put a condom on a banana. I guess some life skills are more important than others.

Also aginst the desire of a student to live.
