Actually, our ports are pretty much run by the Longshoreman's unions, and they are run as a joint venture by the Mafia and the Chicoms, both of which are definitely the "enemy".
The fact you didn't mention either party is suspicious and leads me to evaluate the probability that you are an agent of Chicom disinformation.
