I been to china 3 times and the mainland han chinese men were very rude and racist to me. The Han mainlander males(not all but most I met) act like china is the master race,that china is the middle kingdom, and that the rest of us are all barbarians.

I'm sorry that they were rude and racist to you, but I would be rude to you too if you openly state that you loathe an entire people for the personal behavior and acts of a few individuals you happen to meet superficially on a trip.

China is the "Middle Kingdom" (chungkuo) because that's the name of the country, it refers to the Central Plains (chungyuen) area of China that was believed to be the origin of the Chinese civilization. It DOES NOT mean the "Center of the World." The word "Middle" in the term "Middle Kingdom" is a proper noun, not an adjective. The Chinese today consider white people "Barbarians"? Did you read this from your high school history book?

India has the freakin' caste system for christsakes. You happen to be white and resemble their colonial rulers, the English.

I'm sorry if my post sounds harsh, but it's just amazing that you can loathe an entire people (1 billion strong!) and call them all racists from the experience of meeting a few of them on a trip. Doesn't that strike you as ironic at all? What part of China did you go by the way? You do understand that the Taiwanese are 98% Han Chinese, right? Are they also all racists? What about the Japanese who allied with the Master Race (Germans)?

Have you ever been to India? What do you know about the "caste system"? The so-called "lower casts" are the majority in the Parliament and they rule the country. Thats unimaginable in Communist China. I guess this baloney about "caste system" is part of the propagandist curriculum in the PRC.
