Pealr harbor was a State actor issue. 9 11 was not. Though the two instances show many similar aspects, some are also very different.
The fact it is so valuable is one reason I offer to leave it undeveloped. That is not a sign of defeat, indeed it is thumbing our nose at those that seek our destruction. We are 'rich' enough, resolved enough, and adaptive enough to do the business done at that site pre 9 11 elsewhere.
It is hardly an admission of defeat, indeed rebuilding it would be that very admission.
Defeat would be projected by showing them that we have to have that site do the business that was done there....like we cannot do without it. I offer that we should show them how they erred in their thinking about this nation.
