If using a taping devise is part of the students IEP they can not forbid it by law (In NJ anyway)<<<<
Whoa!!!!....slippery slope!!!...an IEP means you've already been diagnosed as learning disabled (in Maine anyway)

Same in NJ. I did not mean to imply that Sean Allen diagnosed as learning disabled.
In fact from the sounds of the tape he is the only one who was even thinking for himself in that classroom.
