Has anyone ever explained to Jimmy the convention that a former President does not publically criticize a sitting President? Do you suppose Jimmy understands this? Do you suppose he
can understand it?
I once knew a woman who actually admitted that she voted for this moron. At first everybody thought she was kidding.

Actually, it would appear the convention applies only to former REPUBLICAN Presidents -- you know, the ones with actual class, dignity and love for the country.
