Congressman Harold Ford, Jr. likes to live the good life...perhaps a little too much. Lavish hotel stays. Fine dining. Couture suits. Parties with Playboy Playmates...all on his campaign contributors' dime.
It makes you wonder...what would the folks back in Tennessee think?

Corruption runs in the Ford family.
His uncle will be very disapointed.
What a discgrace to the good Ford family name.
Silly you... he is a democrat. If he were Republican it would be BREAKING NEWS.
With a sense of entitlement to boot!
Any attack on a fine black congressman like Harold Ford Jr. will be considered racist and not tolerated.
Just make sure all Repubicans buy their suits from JC Penny. ;)

I think this is GOOD NEWS because the more donor money he spends on his personal lifestyle, the less he has left for campaigning.
"I promise to send as much of the campaign contributions that I received from you folks to help Blacks in New Orleans so that they can pick themselves up from the gutter of devastation and begin living with dignity once again. That is my solemn promise."
NOT!!!
Where are the pictures of the Playmates?
And here I thought Harold Jr. was smarter than the average Ford.
As long as he's not using my money to pay for it, more power to him.
I must insert here that this is NOT what he actually said. It's a sarcastic impuned quote of how hypocritical liberals are toward their own constituents.
Does this guy have a serious shot at the Senate Seat in TN?
Hey, JC Penney happens to make some of the best suits in the industry, for a very reasonable price! I learned that from my Mom, and she is right.
For a Memphis Ford, his spending is on the slow side so far, but he hasn't been out of the gate too long. I expect him to pick up the pace so as not to disappoint Daddy Harold, Sr. and Uncle John Ford. After all, with the Fords there is a very thin line between campaign contributions, public monies, and personal expenses.
I was just in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge for a boy scout excursion a few weeks ago. This will not play well with these people.
Here's one of them:
Monica Lewinsky
