Are you justifying Dubai withholding intel because of a business deal gone wrong? If they aid the enemy they become the enemy and will be treated as such. I don't think they are willing to give up their kingdom over a port deal. They not only would lose face but a little ass too.
Intel works off cooperation, why would they help us in this area when we don't help or even treat them fairly in others.
