Please find me the section of the Constitution that indicates that the Supreme Court has the authority to decide what is and isn't constitutional. Ummmm... actually, that's about all they do.

No, that's a power they assumed with Marbury v. Madison, it is not a power that is enumerated to them in the Constitution.
