We have several clones of her here. Though I doubt they look that good in leather. ;)

Nonsense. This is like asking "have you quit beating your wife?" Disingenuous. If the UAE based the entire alliance upon this little portion of the whole DPW deal, we would not need them. If we can look past their warts, they can look past ours. This deal was never structured as all-or-nothing. By any of the parties. The question was straightforward. Why can't you just answer it?

Yes, they have different governments. BTW, if you look up the stockholders of DPW, you'll find an international mix.
Congress still changed the rules, even though they agreed to the 45-day review. They are the ones who created the original vetting process, too, allowing other ME countries to make similar deals in the past. This hot potato was microwaved to death.

I am thankful that we have a President who is up to this enormous task. Without his leadership, we would be in deep trouble, and fighting for our very existence.
True - good reason to be thankful. He has dealt honestly and with clear focus on this, quite unlike the previous President whom I will not name.
It takes more than a leader to lead. Churchill was pushed aside by his people before and after the war. Only when the war was upon them did the British welcome his leadership. The Soviets were standing astride decades of unthwarted advances, and seriously threatening our annihilation, when finally Americans were sufficiently unified to back Reagan.
No where near enough Americans yet understand the current threat.
They will, but man's seemingly inexhaustible capacity to commit violence against other humans will first be put on grave display, yet one more time.

Could be lots of stuff other then mass roundup and deportation. Not on the threads I see here on FR.
You've missed my numerous posts then.
Major prison stretches for people who employ illegals! If the jobs disappear the illegals will quickly deport themselves at their own expense.

I happen to agree with Schumer on this.

Since when do FRIENDS behave this way with such vindictiveness? Are you referring to the U.S. or the UAE?

"We have a lot of other things to offer in the mean time that are not as critical to our national security interests. DP World has much more to offer our ports systems than just the status quo ownership of operations. They also offer the leading edge technologies that would modernize our port systems. I am sending you some links about what is going on in Pusan, Korea--thanks to DP World. If they take over operations in our ports, we would benifit in incalculatable ways. Here are the links, and I ask all fellow Freepers to read it. I had another link that had more information than the first two, but it is now down (I am giving that one in case it comes back up). Here they are:

The site that had more information, just in case it comes back up is:
