I wonder if she can do that. Al Gore and Howard Dean couldn't do that. Of course, as a woman, any man running against her will have to be careful to not pull a Rick Lazio (trying to hand her stuff during a debate).

This will get ugly before it is over. Dean will not go quietly into the night. He has enough support from the crazy a$$ wing of the Democrat Party to initiate a Clinton document dump, including the Barrett Report. Kerry and Gore have a vested interest in as much mess as possible being unleashed on Hill, but can't be seen as being behind it. Neither will unseat Hillary as a candidate unless they can bring out enough mess to not just sink her but as show her as being able to drag the Democrat Party into the deep end of the pool with her.
